Originally established in Wheeling, Amichi Salon and Spa has become a local favorite for top-tier beauty and spa services in a welcoming, modern space. As part of our exciting growth, we’ve rebranded Nico’s Spalon in Morgantown to become our second Amichi location, bringing our signature experience to even more West Virginians.

Amichi Salon & Spa
Hi! I’m Angie. I am the owner of Amichi Salon and Spa. I am a proud graduate from the first class of LBI school of cosmetology in Morgantown, WV. I am from Wheeling, WV where I have built an amazing clientele over the last 13 years.
I started my career at Nico Spalon in Morgantown assisting and working along the most talented and skilled cosmetologists. While trying to build a clientele in wheeling, I quickly realized there was missing something that made sense for new stylists in our industry. We needed a place that was fresh, new, gave stylists motivation, transparency and honesty.
I opened Amichi Salon and Spa in 2020 and we’ve been growing ever since. Wheeling has recently evolved with other stylists with a similar mind set, and I love that for this industry! My Cousin Nic Romanoli was ready for retirement after being in the industry for 35+ years and having the top salon title in Morgantown for many years, the opportunity presented itself to take over Nico Spalon.
After a year of ownership I decided to expand the Amichi brand for its 2nd location. Our commission and affordable booth renting options allows anyone in the esthetics and cosmetology world to have their own business and become financially stable when they feel like they are ready for that step. We are a brand that offers flexibility and support and I love what has been created over the last 5 years. I have such a loyal clientele that continues to grow and an amazing team at both locations! I’m blessed to be surrounded by and work with such genuine and fun people throughout the years!
